As you may already be aware, Denver 5 dropped their transmission yesterday evening (12/5/05). First and foremost, we want you to know that NPS is reacting to this as quickly as we can. We, like you, had no advanced warning that this was going to happen. NPS neither condones nor promotes this type of business behavior. We feel it is in our customer's best interest to receive notice of transmission changes a minimum of 30 days prior to the change. NPS, as always, is working to get the Denver 5 networks back up and running as soon as possible. In the mean time, if you have questions or would like to further discuss your programming options, please call us at 1-800-444-3474. Our agents are standing by to take your calls.

There has been a message running on The Movie Channel on G0-18 saying "The
Movie Channel west is leaving on November 30, 2005." This message is
for cable operators only, it does not apply to c-band customers. TMC W on
G0-18 is not moving for c-band subscribers (from 4DTV forum)
Myth #1: C-Band subscribers have already lost channels such as: CMT, History
Channel, HGTV, Turner Classic Movies, and A&E...The Truth: If you aren't
subscribing to C-Band programming through NPS, you may have lost many channels.
But, by becoming an NPS customer, you will be able to enjoy channels such
as CMTV, VH1, Hallmark, Lifetime, History Channel, A & E, USA, HGTV, TCM,
Outdoor Channel, and many more in our Absolute Digital Package.
Myth #2: Channels such as Nickelodeon, Sci-Fi, USA Network, Starz, Encore,
CNN, TNT and many others will soon be leaving C-Band... The Truth: There is
no evidence to back up this false statement made in a recent mailer from an
NPS competitor. These false statements are being told by companies who want
you to think that you have to switch to their small dish programming. NPS
has signed contracts through 2008 and is working for C-Band every day to bring
back the channels that other C-Band providers are losing. (from NPS email

Per many phone calls to OnSat's Customer Service Dept. regarding Netlink/SuperStar/
TurnerVision no longer publishing their C-Band TV Guide as of the end of February,
we want to clarify their magazine is separate from OnSat. (There seems to
be alot of confusion surrounding how the reps at those companies are explaining
this.) Alot of customers think OnSat is no longer being published, it still
is and C-Band guide is here. (OnSatLink)
